I don't have any new solid information about Mr. Fritts. There are more questions than answers at this point. But I hsve a few thoughts I will share.
It is apparent that he does not want to raise up a new Church of God fellowship. That actually says something good about his character, that he is humbled by the responsibility of leading a new group and that he does not want to create more division than already exists in the whole Church of God. I can empathize with him on that.
But God has ways of moving us in directions we do not want to go.
When Mr. Fritts separated from Church of God Assembly (regardless of whether he was fired or quit), he may have thought he could join an existing group. He has, after all, a lot to offer in terms of ability and experience.
Yet, his very experience and ability may make other groups hesitant to hire him. There may be a fear he will leave after a while taking brethren with him.
How often do any of us set out to do something, assuming things will be a certain way, and finding they are not, whether or not we know the reason?
And if God is involved, He can easily block Mr. Fritts from being hired by any existing Church of God fellowship, if that is His will. He may want Mr. Fritts to raise up a new group even if that is not Mr. Fritts's first choice.
I am curious about what Mr. Fritts has been doing the last several Sabbaths. Does he attend someplace? Does he tune in to live services someplace on the Internet (there are many available)? Does he preach a sermon to a small group of his family and friends and a few Church of God members he knows, but without broadcasting services on the Internet? Or does he broadcast to a few people but does not otherwise make himself known to everyone at this time?
I cannot imagine him only praying, reading the Bible, and sleeping on the Sabbath.
I would love to hear or read him explain in his own words what he believes the true gospel is. If I am wrong in my views of what the true gospel is, maybe I could learn from him and be corrected.
He probably needs more time for God to work things out for him. But the Feast is approaching, and there may be a lot of members whose plans are up in the air because of this. And Oh, what a wide spectrum of views various ministers and members or former members of Church of God Assembly may have!
Is it safe to say this whole situation can be complicated?
On the world scene, the whole world, allies and enemies alike, is seeing the divisions and the weakness of the United States. They also see our reluctance to be fully committed to defending their interests and their safety. At the same time there are signs of weakness in the leadership of Russia and China. Russia may have a new leader soon, and the same is possible for China.
Everything is in flux. The world is fast-changing. AI is growing.
Europe, especially Germany, feels the need to become stronger militarily, independent of the United States. They are rearming. Things may take time, maybe several years, to work out. But things are definitely moving in the direction that Bible prophecy predicts.

He was holding services immediately after. It was posted on Facebook but I haven’t seen anything since.
Thanks for the info. I don't know my way around Facebook very well. I briefly saw a link for a video that might be it but it was marked private, so only the people he selects can see it. I am not on his list.
How can I access his services? Is he livestreaming during the Sabbath?
I don't know. I have been trying to find out myself for the last 6 weeks. My guess is that he may be steaming on a YouTube channel that only a few people he approves have access to, but that is just speculation. He may not be streaming at all. Aand I have no way to communicate with him to ask him.
I was a part of CGA (Church of God Assembly) until the events in May. Jason Fritts told me that he would not be starting another Church of God. He thought our focus should not be on any man, but on Jesus Christ. He did not want to cause further division. He would look to God if God intended to use him in any way in the future, and wait on Him.
He did a final farewell local service for brethren who wanted to see him and his family on Pentecost weekend, but that was it. Since then, he is attending another well-known COG, and the minister there said it was fine for them to be there as long as they wanted. For work, he found labor-type work to make a living for his family. He will continue to look to God in whatever God may have in store for him.
I personally think that he is a unique and excellent speaker, and that God may have him speaking again in the future. Perhaps CGA was no longer a good fit, as I sensed things were tightening up too much in regard to Mr. Armstrong since the Feast of 2024. We will wait on God and see what He does with Jason Fritts.
Unfortunately, CGA has taken down all his past sermons, which were really helpful for members and youth to deepen their relationship with God. This is very disappointing. I sometimes wonder if there is a lack of Godly love that may keep some individuals out of the Kingdom. This is more important than if one has something technically correct or not.
Along with Jason Fritts, these elders left: Larry Alverio, Todd Lawrence, and Danny Baisley. (Randy Wayne parted months before.) Many members are no longer part of CGA, and perhaps it won't be clear until the Feast how many and what percentage are left. Many were missing at camp. Some think it's about half, but I'm not sure. The ones who departed have been going to Sabbath services elsewhere, to various Churches of God.

Last I checked, Danny Baisley and Todd Lawrence were still listed on the CGA website. It may be that Mr. Monson doesn't want it to be too obvious how serious the split is, so he left their names there for now even though they are gone.
I cannot imagine that it is God's will that Mr. Fritts not be a working minister of Jesus Christ for very long. After the death of Christ, Peter said, "I am going fishing." But later Christ told him, "Feed My sheep".
If God does not provide a way for him to come back to CGA on better terms, then I would suggest that he rent a meeting room at a hotel in Wisconsin Dells, if that is where CGA brethren are holding the Feast of Tabernacles, and conduct Feast services for any who want to attend. Many CGA brethren have reserved rooms in Wisconsin Dells, including those who have left CGA over this. No doubt those who have left CGA are following God's teaching, "Keep yourself far from a false matter" (Exodus 23:7).
If God does not provide a way and lead Mr. Fritts to once again be a part of CGA while being faithful to the truth that Jesus Christ is part of the gospel, my estimate is that Christ will lead Mr. Fritts to raise up a new group. I don't think it is Mr. Fritts's calling to work at manual labor indefinitely.
Mr. Fritts and his family will be attending the Feast with another COG group at a nice Feast site. In any case, he wouldn't want to cause any disturbance for those in Wisconsin. The members who left, like me, have other Feast sites we can go to, and so we wouldn't want to go to the CGA site. Some have wondered about where to go for weekly services (I'm okay). There are a few who disagree with what CGA is doing, but they are continuing with them for now, although CGA has said they want to go forward with those of the same mind. Frankly, the sermons of those elders who are left are ones I don't care to listen to anyway. It's usually basics or following Mr. Armstrong. Paul warned in 1 Cor. 1 to not say that you're of any man. I think Mr. Armstrong would be appalled at what they are doing. He didn't want to be put on a pedestal. He would say, "Don't believe me, believe your Bible!"
As for Jason Fritts, I too feel that he needs to return to his calling, and that God will open up a way for him to do that at the right time. But he needs to be about His Father's business, and so do we, as the gospel needs to be preached one final time to the world, perhaps with miracles at the end!
